We were welcomed with a warm smile and friendly service upon our arrival. Our room had a stunning view of the sea and Nachi falls, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The breakfast, with its combination of European and Japanese cuisine, was simply delicious. The clean and modern room, along with the spacious onsen, provided the perfect relaxation experience. I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location is perfect, being so close to the train station. It made it extremely convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is situated right on the sea, providing breathtaking views of the ocean. I felt so relaxed and at peace just admiring the calming waves.

Spent Easter at a marvelous hotel with spectacular views of the ocean and an immense buffet. The private outdoor bath was so relaxing underneath the moon and stars. the helpful staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

The rooms were a bit outdated, but still, look clean. The air heating system was not the best, and the western-style beds were not very comfortable.

The public baths had indoor and outdoor options with great hot spring facilities, adding to the overall relaxation vibe. The service by the staff was courteous and helpful and the buffet dinner was enjoyable.

The overall appearance of the hotel was a bit tired and in need of refreshing updates. Although well-maintained, certain sections of the facility looked worn-out, and some areas like the carpet and lights had visible wear and tear.
